Typical dimensions of stationery:
Business cards (85mm x 55mm) adjustable.
Letterhead - A4 (210mm x 297mm).
Compliment slips - 1/3 of A4 (210mm x 99mm).
Design process
Gathering of information
We will ask for information about your company either by requesting you to complete a short questionnaire or discuss your requirements. This will enable us to establish the impression you wish your stationery to create and will help us to generate ideas on how to best represent your company. If you are happy to proceed at this stage then we will ask for a 30% deposit.
Draft designs
After receiving all the relevant information we will start with the draft designs.
Feedback
Within 5 working days we will provide you with several draft designs for you to see and select which is best for you.
Alterations
We will be more than happy to refine any of the ideas if required.
Approval of final design
Once you are completely happy with a particular design we will ask for the remainder of the payment.
Supply & format
All stationery designs upon approval will be supplied on CD-ROM. This will include the original PSD file (this is the master copy should any future editing be required of the design) and a hi-res JPEG/TIFF or PDF file for professional printing.
Printing
Printing for stationery is done outside house therefore an extra charge will apply if you would like us to arrange for your artwork to be professionally printed.
Payment
We accept payment by cash, cheque or bank transfer.
