Before we commence the design process we ask that you please read and agree to our terms and conditions.
Draft designs
All designs by Balboa Graphics are original and will not be used again once purchased from us. Feedback regarding the draft designs should be made within 10 days. After 10 days the graphical aspect of the draft designs will be made available to other companies for purchase.
Final designs
Once the final design has been approved and invoice issued, we will reserve the design for 5 working days. If after this period we still haven't received the final payment then the designs will be made available to other companies for purchase. However, if payment has been made in full the design will not be made available to other companies.
Amendments and alterations
Balboa Graphics are happy to provide alterations to any draft design before requesting final payment. However, if a price has not been agreed at outset then any amendements requested will be charged at our standard hourly rate.
Ownership
All designs will remain the property of Balboa Graphics until point of purchase. Full ownership will be obtained when final payment has been made. After full payment the owner(s) of the design can then freely use the image as they wish.
Payment
To commence the design process we will request 30% deposit and the remaining 70% on approval of the final design. Payments can be made by cash, cheque or BACS transfer.
