Additional costs
£10 per scanned image, £25 per form, graphic design charged at an hourly rate. Extra web pages cost from £45 upwards.
Site Maintenance
We offer site maintenance on a weekly, monthly or annual basis, which ever you prefer. With all our websites we offer 1 free text update. Thereafter we charge an hourly rate of £25 for HTML updates and £40 for database updates. Extra charges will apply for design and flash amendments. Alternatively, you can purchase one of our pre-paid packages deals:
1. Annual cost of £100 for 7 hours (HTML sites).
2. Annual cost of £200 for 15 hours (HTML sites).
Turnaround time
We offer a turnaround time of 5 to 10 working days from receipt of all content (except for large projects or database websites).
Payment
To enable us to commence the project we will ask for 30% upfront. Then you have the option to pay in 2 further stages or in full on agreement of the final content. We accept payment by cash, cheque or bank transfer.
