Web Terms & conditions

Before we commence the web design process we ask that you please read and agree to our terms and conditions.

Draft designs
All web designs by Balboa Graphics are original and will not be used again once purchased from us. However, if you purchase one of our low cost templates, due to the price, these are non-exclusive but may be customised further. Decisions regarding the draft designs must be made within the time scales agreed by both parties.

Terms of reference agreement
Before commencing large projects, to protect both parties involved, we will produce a terms of reference agreement for both parties to sign. This agreement will stipulate exactly what is included in our service and what we will require from you to help us create your website. Once signed, All terms must be adhered to within the contract. If in the unlikely event that either party fails to stick the terms of reference agreement then all contracts will become void.

Final designs
Once the final design has been approved all content must be collated to enable us to construct the site. We are happy to refine any ideas whilst building the website. However, should you request a complete new look for the website near its final stages then we will charge at our hourly rate.

Ownership
All designs will remain the property of Balboa Graphics until point of purchase. Full ownership will be obtained when final payment has been made.

Payment
To commence the web project we will request 30% deposit. The rest of the balance must be paid in full before website goes live.

Site maintenance
Once your website goes live you will be provided with a password for accessing the files to your site should you wish to update any information. Balboa Graphics cannot be held responsible for any updates/ ammendents that you make to the site.
