Our Web design service is of a high standard and is very competitive for those who would like a web presence. We offer HTML or flash based websites and as a guideline we have put together a selection of web packages for you to choose from. We also have a variety of non-exclusive flash templates that you can purchase online. Pricing of our Flash sites are assessed on a individual basis.Web design Process
Here is a general view of the stages that we will undertake to complete your website.
Initial assessment:
We will arrange for a convenient time to meet with you to discuss your requirements or ask you to complete a short questionnaire. At this stage if you are happy to proceed will ask you to gather any content for our next meeting and we will discuss what you expect from us and what we can offer in return.
Terms of reference agreement:
Based on the initial meeting and to protect both parties we may produce a terms of reference agreement for both of us to sign (this is usually for the larger projects). Once you are happy with the terms we will gather any content or graphical images you may have and ask for a 30% deposit to commence the project.
Layout designs:
We will provide you with a selection of layout designs to choose from and refine any ideas if required.
Agree site design:
The final 'look and feel' for the website will be chosen.
Construction of website:
We will begin building the web pages. Any content that is outstanding will be asked for at this stage.
Agree final content:
Once you are happy with all the web pages we will ask for the remainder of the payment and arrange the web hosting and/or domain name if required.
Website goes live:
The web pages will be uploaded onto the server and you will be provided with a password for accessing the files to your website should you wish to update any information
Supplying us with content
When providing us with content we ask that you supply us with all text in either winword, notepad or via email. Any images or photographs..etc can be supplied on CD/ floppy disk or we can scan photographs here.
